During the COVID-19 pandemic we have needed to offer ongoing support to clients through Telehealth video/phone services. With the easing of restrictions, we can now offer both face to face and Telehealth consults.
The Australia Government has approved telehealth video conferencing for clients on Mental Health Care Plan with private health funds also supporting the use of telehealth for their clients. All Telehealth consults will be conducted using secure encrypted Coviu software, or phone where video conferencing is not possible.
Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP will be supported by Medicare with new telehealth items that enable you to claim the Medicare rebate of $86.15.
Private health clients can claim telehealth sessions from their private health provider.
